We need volunteers co-ordinators to act as a crucial link between our Central Voluntary team and volunteers in their local area.

Telephone & Digital Adviser

To access the client’s issues using listening and questioning skills across the different mediums of telephone,web chat and email.Signpost and give information to to clients appropriately to suit their needs,taking into account the client’s ability to take the next steps themselves.Identify,interpret and communicate relevant information .Assist with campaigning work by identifying where things have gone wrong and how we can help to challenge and change this.


Resource Centre Helper

The volunteers role would be to offer advice and provide information to service users, to promote deaf awareness where possible, recruit additional volunteers and give feedback to maximise service delivery.
