Outset Youth Action

Outset Youth Action provides a wide range of opportunities in West Sussex for young people between the ages of 13-25.Accreditation is given for the hours completed in the form of a certificate and nationally recognised awards.

Fundraiser

Dame Vera Lynn Children’s Charity have been given the opportunity to funrise at the lovely Brighton Racecourse for an afternoon out at the Races.  Volunteers are required  to join the Fundraising Team mingling with visitiors, supervising the Charity Stand and bucket collecting for the day.  It will be a lovely social day out raising awareness for the Service, while meeting supporters with a spot of racing to see too!

Fund Raising Group Member

These are new and exciting times for the Donkey Sanctuary’s Community Findraising Team. By joining an existing fundraising group’s events you will be making a real difference to donkeys and mules in need worldwide.
By joining our team you will be able to see first hand what we are doing to improve the lives of donkeys and mules.  You will get to meet new people and have the opportunity to make friends with others with similar interests. You will find out more about your local community and will have the opportunity to develop or learn new skills including leaderships, communications, fundraising and PR/CV enhancement.

Education Volunteer

Help devise and run our education programme at Saddlescombe Farm for school children and youth groups in property led conservation/outdoor activities. Should be enthusiastic, friendly, work as part of team and enjoy outdoor activities, ie: walking up hills, building dens, telling stories, answering questions, catching bugs. Benefits to the volunteer of this opportunity – work in an enthusiastic and knowledgeable team – increase your knowledge of local flora and fauna  -enjoy the history of this historic site and the South Downs – help make activities for children and youth groups memorable.
